Return & Refund Policy

All standard Lidgloves products are eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery. 

To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition.
- If your Lidglove does not fit your goalie mask, please refrain from making any modifications and initiate your return immediately.
- Once any marks, cuts, or holes are made for the cage, hardware, or straps, the item is considered customized to your mask and is no longer eligible for return.

 

Custom Orders

Custom-designed Lidgloves and custom-printed straps involve personalized digital artwork and unique physical manufacturing. As a result, all custom design orders are final sale and non-refundable once production or design work has commenced.

 

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact our support team at lidgloves@gmail.com with your order details. 
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs at their own expense, except in cases where an item arrives defective or damaged.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
